Grandchildren
Blending horns, keyboards and electronically layered guitar melodies that were orchestrally interwoven. The result was the debut recording Quilts (2004), an array of heavily instrumental epic compositions in which layers of looping melodies emerge into an orchestral wall of sound. In their new release the orchestral and horn-heavy rock has given way to a more meditative confrontation of the electronic and acoustic.
