Sleeper Hold, TV Dinner, Big Mother Gig — 8:30pm doors, first band at 9pm.

Friday, July 28, 2017 @ 8:30 pm - 11:55 pm | $7

Formerly known as Blackout Hawaii. A vibrant and bona fide boneyard of some of the Bay Area’s most wonderfully unknown gigging musicians. A cornucopia of arts and crafts loving individuals, as eager to fashion you your very own goat horn basket to fill with fruits and veggies, as we are to sing you a song. Only one group is a sure fire lock to be your new favorite band. Only one group is a sure fire lock to not make it out of 2017 intact. Only one group will throw a choke hold on you as an encore. Sleeper Hold

TV Dinner shreds.

BIG MOTHER GIG is back after a 20 year hiatus! Originally an indie rock band from Milwaukee, BMG is now located in Los Angeles and just released a new, critically acclaimed release, “Almost Primed”, an EP of 6 hard-hitting alternative rock songs has been praised by Alternative Press, PASTE, New Noise, Impose, AllThingsGo, PlayTooMuch, Substream, PureGrainAudio and more. “Almost Primed” features lead single “Alvarado”, a punchy, punk-tinged indie rock banger with flippant social commentary infused in the lyrics and a huge hook that makes the song accessible in spite of it’s outsider message. Second single “Just Fly By” features a video that pays homage to The Replacements.
